Store Operator: Noir ([email protected]) for OdysseyMC.

Services: We offer digital services (ranks, items, currency) which are virtual, non-transferable, and have no real-world value outside the server.

Payments: Processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd in EUR. Orders usually process automatically.

Withdrawal & Refunds: By purchasing digital content, the service is performed immediately, and you lose the right to withdraw. Refunds are not granted for used goods, bans, or incorrect usernames.

Rules & Liability: Rule violations may result in bans or item removal without refund. Seller is not liable for server downtime, data loss, or actions taken by Mojang/Microsoft.

2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Data Controller: Noir ([email protected]).

Data Collected: Minecraft username, email, IP, and payment identifiers for order fulfillment and support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sharing & Retention: Shared with Stripe and hosting providers. Stored only as long as necessary.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data.

3. Refunds & Complaints

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once delivered. Complaints are accepted within 14 days via email if the product was not delivered or a technical error occurred.
